Intelligent Productive Teams. How to create team partnership, communication and trust

The modern workplace is a collaborative environment. Wherever your career takes you, you need to be able to interact productively with a team. This means having the ability to communicate well and resolve conflict when it occurs.
To do this, having the skills alone is not enough. You need to have the confidence to diplomatically challenge mindsets and promote innovative ideas when necessary.
Building consensus within a group of highly intelligent, independent and innovative people isn’t easy. Intelligent people have well thought out views. In such an environment, ‘one size’ does not fit all and a flexible approach is essential.
The workshop will teach you how to promote true teamwork as well as how to deal effectively with the inevitable conflict that emerges between motivated passionate people.
