BIO 663 The impact of ethics on doing science

The interactive course/workshop examined the relationship between science and ethics. Science and its applications have a strong impact on society and raise ethical challenges associated with questions about the role and responsibility of scientists in society. Reciprocally, science is affected by ethical principles in the form of code of conducts and guidelines. These are embodied in the ideas of Integrity and Good Scientific Practice and are implemented in the planning, performance and communication of science.
